At  Adventerra Games our refund policy for online purchases is simple.  If within 30 days of receiving your games, you are not 100% satisfied, we will honor your request for a full refund of the amount you paid, minus the shipping and handling costs of your order.  All you have to do is send us the games back in un-used condition and within thirty days of receiving them we will process your refund through your credit card or Paypal account.

If you are dissatisfied, we need to know why, so we also ask you to email a short explanation directly to the President (bryan.mundell@adventerragames.com).
